The property isn’t a fantastic location lovely back garden. Great heating and comfortable home. It was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere with easy access to the CBD,Harley park and Merivale shops.

Location near St Georges Hospital was excellent. House was warm even though outside was -5C for two days.

Very clean. Good location.
No Netflix or sky TV
No instructions for washing machine/drier
No additional blankets
Couch in lounge quite sunken in. Uncomfortable and uneven to sit on.
