Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $510 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Ocean Blue 503! We also own Ocean Blue 803, which is another 5 bedroom condo in Ocean Blue (vrbo listing # 4150070ha, https://www.vrbo.com/4150070ha). We, the owners, manage this condo. This leads to the condo being maintained better than a property that is managed by a property manager. Since we are the owners, we can quickly answer questions about the condo. Pictures updated May 2020. Many property managers have old pictures on their listings. The virtual tour, which was updated in 2020, allows you to virtually walk through the entire condo. Direct ocean front corner/end condo on the desirable south side of the Ocean Blue Resort. Experience one of the largest luxury condos in Myrtle Beach. On the 5th floor, 2850 sq. ft, 35 foot long, 300 sq ft ocean front balcony, 5 dedicated bedrooms, 4 full baths . Since it is an end unit, our condo spans from the street side of the building (with a private street side balcony) to the ocean side of the building (with a private oceanfront balcony). This property is very private with only 36 units......12 floors - 3 units per floor and 2 elevators. This complex, which was built in 2007, maintains a very private and exclusive feel, yet it's close to all the action Myrtle Beach has to offer! This unit is perfect for extended/multiple families. This property is outfitted with a covered parking garage and pass code locks on all common doors. Who could forget the heated indoor pool, lazy river, Jacuzzi, and outdoor oceanfront pool.....and the soft white sand and the gentle Atlantic Ocean! Our condo has spectacular views from the balconies! Since the neighboring building on the south side of our condo is only 4 stories tall, and our condo is on the 5th floor, we have incredible unobstructed views of the beach looking south from the balconies and most of the rooms in the condo! The street side balcony has a nice ocean view as well! Only the 5 bedroom condos on the south side of Ocean Blue above the 4th floor have this spectacular view of the beach. The best part is the view of the ocean from your 5th floor master suite and elegantly decorated living area. After a day at the beach basking in the warm summer sun, you'll enjoy your own wet bar, living room with flat screen TV & streaming DVD player, media room with LCD TV & streaming DVD player, and plenty of space to accommodate your family/friends. In this masterpiece, you'll find LCD TV's in all bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, free WiFi, and two refrigerators to accommodate any size parties! There is a 35 foot long private oceanfront balcony off of the master suite as well as the living room, and all bedrooms have a view of either the ocean or the grand strand! All of the bedrooms have exterior windows that allow natural light in! A second private balcony that provides spectacular street views is located off of the queen suite. This building aims to please, provides easy access for all age groups, and is handicap accessible (Note: condo contains some 34" doors and the kitchen might not be wheelchair accessible). A fully equipped kitchen, that includes 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots, Keurig, waffle maker, crock pot, etc. Our condo contains 7 cable LCD TV's (approximately 100 channels), 2 streaming DVD players, in unit free Wifi, and in building free Wifi. This property is located on South Ocean Blvd, near 27th Ave South, in the Myrtle Beach South area. This is a quiet area at the southern end of Myrtle Beach. Banana boat rides, para-sailing, and jet ski rentals are available at Downwind Sails Watersports, a short walk down the beach. Shops, restaurants, and a movie theater are located at Market Commons, a short 2 mile drive west of the condo. Bath towels and linens are included with each rental. We attempt to keep 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a beach umbrella in the condo. We can't guarantee they will be available due to damage from prior guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from the life guards in season. Ocean Blue 503 sleeps a maximum of 12 people, which assumes a mixture of adults & children. Some of the beds are not suitable for adults (ie bunk bed). Please look at the pictures and bedroom information closely. Our condo is not suitable for 12 adults. Note: fire code limits the condo to a max occupancy of 14 all 24 hours of the day, including children of all ages. Exceeding the max occupancy will result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund and additional charges to the traveler! No Motorcyles, RVs, or trailers are allowed on the property per HOA rules! No pets/animals allowed. We are a animal free property.

This 5 bedroom condo was PERFECT for our family vacation. My wife and I took our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 and 1 year old grandchildren to the condo. Place was very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Balcony was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The two refrigerators really helped. We all used the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river everyday. Not crowded at all. We also went to beach everyday, not crowded on the beach either. We went back and forth a lot, left our stuff on the beach all day, no one bothered it. It was great being able to watch the parasailing and jetsking right out front everyday because the rental place was only a couple hundred yards away. Place was very convenient to playgrounds, mini golf, par 3 golf, Broadway at the Beach and the boardwalk. Everyone said they all want to go back next year. We loved our stay! Condo was exactly like the listing/pictures. John was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water, which ended up being nothing more than giving it a few extra minutes to get hot.

We enjoyed the spacious condo, plenty of room for our group of 11, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The view couldn’t get any better access to the beach was perfect. We did many tourist activities in the area. The only thing we would change is that the condo association does not recycle. Would definitely come back.

The condo was nice & had what we needed for the week. We did notice mold in the shower curtains & white coffee pot in kitchen. Our biggest issue was that the complex was not kid friendly at all. Our extremely well behaved children were constantly approached by adults asking what they were doing in the hot tub, where parents were etc. Also, the indoor heated pool was closed for maintenance half the week. This would have been nice to know before we booked. If you are adults only, this seems to be a good spot.

John’s condo was the perfect place for a family gathering. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and great living area gave everyone the space they needed. The view from the terrace was awesome, and beach/pool access couldn’t have been easier. The location was also perfect, close to everything. Check in was seamless and John was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely rebook here in the future!

This property did not disappoint. It is just as it's pictured. From the steller view of the ocean once you walk in to the comfortable furniture it was exactly as described! Book it and have a good family time.

This condo was definitely luxurious and upscale. Sporting two refrigerators and two dishwashers and two ovens, you could definitely entertain a large crowd here. Our only complaint was that the main living room had a very awkward furniture layout which was not great for viewing the ocean, nor was it comfortable for most to view the TV, either. Other than that, it seemed clean, well-maintained, had great amenities, and easy access to the beach. The lazy river was fun! We really enjoyed our stay.

Other than being 'away' for my daughter's wedding a few years ago we've not taken a vacation with our children and their spouses. My son graduated from Coastal Carolina a few years ago and we wanted to get back to the area. The 5 brs/4baths and the location by the airport worked well. The weather was overcast and rainy parts of everyday, so being right on the beach with a pool was great so we didn't have to go far in case we needed to get back in quickly!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The decor was nicely done. There was lots of room for our family of 9. No problems with anything not working as it should. Family enjoyed the large balcony and having the media room was great as another gathering place. John was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

This condo was amazing! The location is perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views. We were there with our 3 married kids and their spouses and we had so much room. The condo itself is lovely and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful ocean front condo.. family of 10..each family and children having a bedroom with a bath..wonderful family time cooking and eating, large fully supplied kitchen while the children spent time at the beach and pools..Walmart right down the street which was very convenient. Many attractions for a fun full week. John the owner called several days before arrival explaining the policies of the condo which was helpful.. parking is very tight so be careful if you drive an oversized SUV..

We had a wonderful family trip
The property is beautiful. Rooms are huge, views are outstanding, John and Jen have everything you would need to go to the beach and many many kitchen supplies. Kitchen is fully loaded with every dishes, pot and pan, etc. I had a few questions and John replied back in minutes. I will definitely be booking again with them. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
