We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was excellent, and everything we needed was easily accessible.

Много добра локация. Приятно хотелче. Ние бяхме в апартамент с една спалня, хол и кухненски бокс. Спалнята е просторна с тераса и удобно легло (спалня). Хола също има тераса с маса и столчета. Много добре обзаведено и за тази цена е даже отлично. Във фоайето има машина за вода и автомат за топли напитки безплатно. В кухненският бокс има хладилник, микровълнова и ел. кана. Бихме посетили отново, но при следващо посещение ще изберем апартамент с две спални. Има достатъчно контакти.
Разтегателния диван не е удобен. За по-дълъг престой си е мъчение да се спи на него.

Собственика е много симпатичен! Като МЕЧО ПУХ е! Един миличък и раздава подаръци но само на жените. Тези с красивите жени да внимават да не открадне някоя. Особено тия с късите нокти са най застрашени.
Че подарък имаше само за жена ми хахахах!

The hotel is at the heart of Lozenetz - walking distance from everything you need such as bars, restaurants, beach, shops, etc. The apartment and rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are decent. The staff is lovely and helpful, both over the phone and also in person. We complained about the loud music from the bar below and the owner/receptionist reacted immediately telling us she'll call the owner.
The parking was not available as it seems to be very small and not fitting the capacity of the hotel. We had to park around the hotel in the side streets. Additionally, we had issues with the loud music from the bar below our room two nights in a row after midnight hours. We had to go downstairs to talk to them multiple times. This might be an isolated issue for first floor and that side of the hotel.
