As a family, we enjoyed staying in this premise. Swimming pool and the little playground is awesome.

Strategic location. Nice view and very clean unit.

Not enough elavator. Need to wait for long queues.

I care about hygiene issues, if above issues can be taken care of, we can choose the same place agai

The Location was great, easy to find, no problem.

The keys should be collected from unit 3 locker but it is empty, I was freak out and no one is answering my call at 10pm and I found the key from unit 5 locker. The unit is not so clean, got dust and hair on the bed, the dining table got stained, kitchen gas stove not working (my guess is the gas is empty) and no toilet paper in the bathroom!!! I care about hygiene issues, if above issues can be taken care of, we can choose the same place again when revisit the town area!

住宿地点还是不错的 building 楼下和附近还有吃的店挺方便的. 只是房间有异味而且洗碗盆旁的餐具很脏看着很不舒服 😐 晾衣架也是坏的很难晾衣服。除了我说的以上几点大致上都挺好的员工也很有礼貌也很热情 😊 入住体验还行

5 nights but we didn’t stay 1 night - no refund given

Location was good

Car park to enter building was dirty and busy - not enough lifts - too many people waiting - rooms were basic - step on balcony dangerous - broken chair - old and not very clean

The location and the view was just perfect but the AC and the floor was not up to the mark.

The view was just amazing.

The AC was not clean and the fungus/mold was causing allergies to both of us.

Great location and prompt service even we needed something.

Location and beds.

It wasn’t particularly clean. There were no glasses and cutlery for 6 adults and 2 infants. The clothes stands weren’t stable. The dining chairs also weren’t stable.

I've stayed here a few times but this was the worst experience. Never again.

Location is somewhat close to my workplace and there is fixed parking. There is a washing machine but the dryer doesn't work well.

The couch was moldy and hidden under a piece of cloth. The shower was poorly lit, the floors and bed was dirty and the sinks were clogged up. The receptionist was not helpful and made checking in very inconvenient.

Ruime kamer met veel gemak.

De ligging en het uitzicht vanaf onze kamer. Ook beviel het comfort door de inbouw keuken. En de grootte van het appartement.

TV was slechts via een oudere Android Box te bedienen. Een enorme verbetering zou zijn wanneer er de mogelijkheid was het slaapgedeelte van het woongedeelte te kunnen scheiden met bijvoorbeeld een gordijn of schuifdeuren.

Everything is fine, only the thing is late check in and early out make not satisfied for the payment

Everything was good. The view from the top, room furnitures and facilities.

Only the thing make me disappoint the network and TV performance very poor. And during check need to be wait long for lift.

Convenient location and excellent value for money.

Large studio apartment with washing machine, beautiful view, near to town and convenience store on the ground floor. Fairly new development with few residents and occupants.

Dryer didn't work so clothes had to be hung around the apartment to dry. Had to wait once for the lifts as there were many guests checking in at that time but only once. Need to wait 6 days before the apartment is cleaned.

The check in/ check out process wasn’t great. The lifts in the building took a long time. I wasn’t a big fan of the pool area.

Wonderful accommodation in the price/value ratio.

The view was exceptional and so as the whole big room for that money. I’ve seen many people complaining about lifts being slow to pick you up. Haven’t had any issue at all with them but maybe I jist needed to go up/down in hours without traffic… The pool was little bit older but for that price really great and huge. It’s infinity pool with wonderful view, cannot say anything bad about my stay.

I thought it was a hotel so I booked it. The photos looked better in the Booking.com App. The interior looks run down.

Spacious, water pressure was good!

1) The deep trench in the balcony. Not sure why it is constructed like that. Perhaps, it is to make it difficult for people to commit suicide! 2) The distance between the Office & the access to the lifts not convenient! 3) Too few lifts to service the building so got to wait a long long time for it!

No sufficient toilet rolls. No urgency despite informing them on the toilet rolls - only delivered next day after a follow up. Bedsheet with blood stain. Bathroom clogged and ceiling leaking Dryer not working Netflix streaming device not working despite using own account Sliding doors unable to lock properly

Great place, ideal location.

Location, ease of parking and helpfulness of hosts.

More stringent checks on guests, we encountered 2 seperate occasions where pets (dogs) were brought into the appartments by other guests. Clearly seen in the lifts.

The beginning of my gallivanting...

The house, the vicinity & facilities were exceptionally good and satisfying.

Check-out timing where lifts were limited. Having 3 lifts for 41 floors isn't a good idea during check-out.
