Esta rodeado de naturaleza, hay mucha seguridad y los parqueos están cómodos. El desayuno lo ofrecieron adicional aunque no estaba incluído en el precio.
La TV es muy pequeña y antigua, no es Smart se que no es la idea ver tv pero si llueve o la estadía es larga inevitable se quiere ver películas y streaming y en el baño había muy poco jabón.

We had an amazing time at Aunty Arenal Lodge, the property was stunning and so well maintained. The room we stayed in was so clean and very comfortable. The breakfast by the pool was the best meal of the day! The staff who prepared it remembered what my children liked and what they didn’t like without a reminder. We would go for afternoon swims and the staff would turn on the waterfall in the pools for us and when it got dark he would turn on the lights for us and light up the whole area. The view of the volcano behind the pool was so beautiful, a sight worth seeing and will be missed.
We loved how close we were to zip lining, butterfly oasis, Fortuna waterfall, and the chocolate tours. All within a 5 minute drive.

Lugar ubicado estratégico cerca de super mercados, restaurantes y calles principales, muy accesible de llegar con una callecita de entrada un poco dañada pero es muy poco el recorrido. Amplio para parquear en la propiedad y con portón para más seguridad. Cama cómoda y fundas, almohadas y sábanas limpias. Buen Wifi.
La habitación olía a polvo, el filtro del AC no estaba limpio, faltaba dejar la habitación ''respirar'' olía a humedad y polvo, Abrí las ventanas que tenían un cedazo, y una puerta trasera que daba con un balcón compartido, podría hacerse privado para más comodidad. La zona de piscinas necesita mejor mantenimiento, limpieza y atención a los detalles al igual que el rancho del área de desayuno incluido, la información desde la app para el check in no era claro del pago del hospedaje, que me cobraron solo con sinpe o efectivo. No pude usar mi tarjeta ni me ofrecieron factura electrónica, no la necesitaba pero me pareció extraño. Al llegar el minibar (refri) estaba desconectada y olía a guardada también al igual que la habitación en general. Pero el baño estaba muy limpio y bien presentado. Es un espacio como para máximo dos noches y para visitantes poco exigentes o mochileros, no lo recomendaría para parejas que buscan relajación y privacidad pero si para solo llegar a dormir, habiendo ojalá mejorado el tema de la ventilación de las habitaciones.
