Within a short walking distance of the Peace Memorial Park/Museum. Staff were very helpful. you can store your luggage there and they even offer free complimentary drinks within certain hours. Room was really big and the in-building onsen was the perfect thing after a long day.

The location is great to walk towards the peace memorial site and park. For Okonomimura it is a longer distance.

Within 5min walking distance you'll see the Book Off
Although no amenities were in the room itself, nearby the reception you could pick your own amenities.
Lastly: the onsen is great to relax after a busy day
It's mass produced with 15 rooms each floor. So no cosy housewarming vibe but instead a clean, business hotel approach instead.

Location was excellent near some nice restaurants and close to major facilities.
Breakfast was poor and staff weren’t particularly friendly.
