Beautiful location, fantastic walk from apartment to Filey Sea Front. Extensive breach and prefect for dog
Unfortunately on arrival to the apartment the kitchen cold tap was running and continued to run for the full duration of the stay. I contacted the owner with the number left on booking.com. No response. Big shame as this could have made the holiday an incredible experience, instead I was let down.

Location and pool access after we made our own enquiry to the reception for a pass due to no information provided by the property.
No support or even a reply to acknowledge our message to help us with the non working cold water kitchen tap.
We even called the property and left a message, but still no support, no information anywhere inside the property on how to get help.
We ended up having to use the bathroom tap with a glass (the only thing thdt would fit underneath) filling pots and pans with cold water to mix with the very hot water in the kitchen sink, so we would not burn our hands for the second time. H&S officer may need to pay a visit. The extinguisher and fire blanket are located right on the side and above of the cooker. Reaching out to them under an emergency situation while cooking, you would need to lean over the cooker itself, so you are most likely to catch fire yourself before you can even try to stop any fire spreading.. really, please risk assess and review!!
