The apartment was very clean, rooms spacy and nicely decorated. Location superb, across from revitalized beach. Only 30 minutes nice walk to Concordia Pier and 50 minutes leisure walk to the town center. The owner extremely helpful. Breakfast standard in the nearby T- Bar, great cappuccino and croissants. Plenty of street parking available. Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
A microwave Owen would be a plus.

Cute room, nice shared kitchen.
We had bed bugs in our room. We had a bad experience with bed bugs in the past and I am sensitive to bed bug bites so we left before staying the first night. We were able to get a refund for the remainder of our nights but not the first night even though we left by 9pm to another place. Otherwise, it would have been a nice cute place to stay.

The property was well designed and cute. The host was really nice and open to help. She suggested many restaurants to try.
I requested from Booking that my arrival would be at 13.00, the room was ready at 13.36. It was not cleaned properly, and they don’t have daily cleaning as mentioned in Booking. I’m alergic to dust and I got sick and eaten from mosquitos. The AC was not working and was not even cleaned, so for us it was like a sauna. We were not able to open the windows as it was on the ground floor, accessible from the outside, but the net was dirty and dusty. The shower was not working properly, I was not able to wash my hairs and the toiletteries were only one small bottle per person for two nights. The water from the shower was cold.
I asked the host to check the AC and tv and her husband checked it without my presence eventhough I asked to wait for me. I kept my clothes in the luggage because the closet was dirty. The water mixed with sand was coming out of the sink. The shared kitchen was nice but not usable. We were not allowed to cook anything and there was not any AC. I informed the host about everything, but she just gave me explanations on why this and that happened.
