The Batch is a modern detached bungalow located on St Merryn Park Near Padstow. This beautiful bungalow has 3 bedrooms, which includes 2 double rooms, one of which has an en-suite and the third being a twin room. There is a family bathroom which has a bath and a shower. The Kitchen is fully equipment for any eventuality. The property has a large conservatory which is ideal for relaxing in. To the rear of the property there is a large fully enclosed garden which is safe for both children and dogs.
Facilities on St Merryn Park include a bar serving food, Shop, Sports bar (seasonal opening times may apply). There are also tennis courts; small children's play area, football field and an enclosed dog walking area. The historic fishing port of Padstow has many shops, restaurants and galleries. Trevose Golf and Country Club a Ryder Cup Golf course is approximately a 5 minute drive.

We had an amazing holiday and The Batch was a perfect place to stay. I really can't fault the property or the service we received from the moment we booked to the day we left. Everything we needed was there and the area was very quiet - an ideal place to stay!

Had wonderful stay, everything was great, well equipped, beautiful garden. Maybe would do with some storage in bedrooms or hooks for coats, but apart of that we enjoyed it very much.

Lovely bungalow, quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds and great facilities. Would definitely book again.
