Beware of Inaccurate Info

Great location along a modern road, which made arrival and departure easy. I liked having the breakfast options just put in the refrigerator for us to use (although they were very low-quality items).

4 main complaints really ruined the stay. First, I chose this place because the property description on Booking.com said it had parking on site. That is hard to find in this old town and it is important to me because I am traveling with a dog and we have a fair amount of things to carry for him. Upon booking, I was told the parking spot was NOT available for me and I would have to find parking elsewhere. The host gave me lots of tips but I had to do a lot of extra research to figure things out and the host also tried to argue with me and say the ad was accurate (which it was not). Second, the apartment has one very dumb and disruptive design flaw in it. The entry foyer has a very bright light that is activated by a motion sensor. There is no way to control it otherwise. The problem is that you have to go through this foyer to get to the bathroom and the bedroom has a glass panel in the door. So, if you go to the loo in the middle of the night for any reason, the entire apartment is flooded with a very bright light that stays on for approximately 6 minutes after you last pass through the foyer. This is a terrible experience that really hurts your sleep. (See the attached photo at 3 AM.) Third, when I asked the host on my first night if there were options to change this lighting arrangement, I did not hear any answer at all until after my second night right before I was leaving. And then the answer was simply "no". Finally, the bedding has the smallest single duvet possible. As a 6ft / 183cm man, I could not get comfortably covered with the duvet. I slept very poorly during my stay here.

A fost un sejur excelent. Locatia foarte aproape de centrul istoric. Un oras medieval foarte dragut.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bogat si diversificat. Am primit paine proaspata si a doua zi.

Kromě problému s parkováním není co vytknout, vše čisté, pokoj voňavý skvěle připravený

Snídaně dostačující a chutné, všeho dostatek. Jogurty v bio kvalitě se cení.

Chaotické předem rezervované parkování. Při návratu autem z oběda (manžel je invalidní) byla všechna místa obsazena, nebylo možné v blízkosti zaparkovat a to ani u zimního stadionu. Možná by nebylo od věci řádně parkoviště označit jako soukromé, nebo pouze s povolením...

Clean, good location, but not warm enough in the winter evenings, poor hosting and difficult communication - made to fee

- Very clean and comfortable set up (beds and seats at the table comfy). Good linen and comfortable beds. - Great location just a short walk from the centre - Hot water and bathtub shower which families with kids may find useful - Thoughtful in providing shampoo and shower creme. - Breakfast was a good selection with pans, utensils, clean plates cultlery and utensils. - Relatively easy check in and check out process.

- Main let down was the host / hosting skills. There is no reception desk so can only contact the host via messaging which they were very slow to read or reply to with no acknowledgment of rmessages sent. Felt like a burden or a pain as had to ring the host for some questions, host did not speak English well so again felt like a burden and did not feel welcome or accommodated to. - The flat was cold in the evening, this was a shame as the flat was very clean and would have been cosy if heating was better. There is not temperate control in the flat so no fan / AC / and no heaters other than the bathroom rail which also must have been controlled remotely and was not hot or warm in the evening/at night. - I was told it would be ok to extend my stay for another night twice when spoke to the host, however when I had some questions or concerns about the flat being cold I was told It seemed I was not happy and that I check out after the night. They then replied to my earlier messages and then asked me in the messages if I wanted to stay, but by then I had already booked alternative accommodation for my 2nd night in Cesky Krumlov: the other places host was much better with communication and much more accommodating and very importantly the other place was warm. - The front door to the complex was unlocked and open as the system was broken, so not great from a security point of view though Cesky Krumlov did feel like a safe place as a lone traveller. Decent value but can get much better value in Cesky Krumlov with nicer hosts.

Nagyon jó

Nagyon jó helyen, központban, a vár lábánál van az apartman. A reggelit előre bekészítették a szobában lévő hűtőszekrénybe. Bőséges, nagyon finom, változatos reggeli volt.

Vittük magunkkal a kiskutyánkat. A booking megírta, hogy ez külön költséggel nem jár. Az apartman viszont kérte, hogy távozáskor hagyjuk a szobában az általuk megírt összeget.

Nagyon közel a központhoz. Kényelmes, tiszta, kellemes apartman. Szállásadó kommunikációja nagyon korrekt. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Recomendado 100% para visitar la ciudad

Ubicación y relación calidad/precio perfectos. Tenia todo lo disponible.

Como reservamos tarde, el parking estaba ya reservado, asi que tuvimos que aparcar en la calle de delante, que si tienes suerte y encuentras un hueco es gratuito. El apartamento no tiene ascensor y es en una primera planta.

Celkově můžeme doporučit.

Čisté, útulné a dobrá lokalita. Balkon s výhledem na hrad.

Zápach odpadu ze sprchy. Snídaně na dva dny připravena najednou hned první den. Tím pádem pečivo nebylo čerstvé.

Lage gut. Apartment mit Frühstück ist Abzocke.

wir haben den Zugangscod rechtzeitig bekommen allerdings war von den 3 gebuchten Zimmern ein code falsch. kurzer Anruf und das Problem war gelöst

Nachdem es nicht mehr zu stornieren ging bekamen wir die Info, dass sich unser Frühstück für die nächsten 3 Tage im Kühlschrak befindet (d.h. Apartment mit Frühstück). Die billigsten eingeschweißten Lebensmittel, nicht ausreichend Butter, altbackenes Brot usw.. Alles sehr beengt, wir waren froh dass wir bei dem schönen Wetter auf den Balkon ausweichen konnten. Möchten nicht unnötig Zeit in diesem Raum verbringen. Fernsehprogramm nur Tschechische Sender. Bad nicht sauber, nach der Renovierung wurden die Fliesen in der Dusche vermutlich nie wieder geputzt. Seife und Shampoo waren die Reste von den Vormietern (dm Produkt). Parkplatz angeblich nur einer vorhanden und die 8 Euro pro Tag sollen in Bar bei Abreise auf den Tisch gelegt werden.

Nice for short stay

Nice, small comfortable room. Location is good because you are 5 min walk from the old town. Great breakfast! Leave us a food in the refrigerator. Stuff were very helpful.

Spacious apartment, walking distance from the heart of Cesky Krumlov

The hosts had stocked the refrigerator with food and it was very thoughtful and convenient

Parking space- we didn’t realize that we had to book the space upfront. We had to make do with the parking space on the other side of the street. Although not far, it was not great to lug the suitcases across the street

adorable fairy tale town minutes walk from a cosy hotel

The room was perfect! Just the right size for 2 people and the location was good. It is located just across the road from the castle. The center and castle of Ceske Krumlov are very close; within 10minutes walk. The balcony was nice to have to drink coffee and see the castle view. The breakfast provided was perfect as well: eggs, bread, meat, cheese, jam, yogurt and apple. We also could leave our bags in the building after check out while we went out since we had a late bus. This was nice. 100% recommend.

Great value

Perfect location for visiting the city. Easy access, a lot of parking places around (some of them free). No keys, just code for the entrance. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and sheets

Nice apartment, beautiful view

Perfect location with a beautiful view of Krumlov castle. The city center with all attractions is just a few steps away, and yet there's no noise from tourists walking/talking underneath your windows. The room is tiny, but it has everything you need: a private bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast comes in form of different goods that are stored in the fridge, and has a nice selection of everything (milk, yoghurt, fruits, eggs, cheese, salami, cream cheese, jam, honey, butter). If you feel like eating out, there's a good restaurant Jelinka just across the street. The apartment is easy to find, upon arrival you'll get all the necessary information including your key code. On-site parking is available upon request, however, there's also a huge parking lot across the street. You will not see the staff during your stay, but they're avaliable by phone should you need anything, and help you to sort out any issues.

Nothing to dislike. I had some issues with my key code as it wouldn't work on my first day. After a call with the reception I got a new code, which worked fine until the check-out.

Very cozy room. I stayed here for two nights and it was amazing. They will prepare all the breakfast ingredients and the bread was tasty. The place is good, I will choose the same place if I come back.

Disappointing

The property did not answer via mail, phone or whatsapp when I tried to contact them to ask if I could store my luggage somewhere after check out. Price is too high for the quality provided. The pictures in Booking look more beatiful than it is in reality. I attach mines to show how the appartment looks like
