The location of the property was excellent. The property was very clean and perfect for two people. The location is perfect for exploring Valbonne, which is a lovely town and getting about to other places. You couldn't drive to the property but there was parking nearby.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. A mattress topper may help. The blanket used on the bed was very drab.
It was very limited on cooking utensils; there was no bottle opener and we had to ask the restaurant downstairs if they could open some wine for us. We ended up buying a bottle opener for the apartment. There were no cups for 'tea'. We bought cups and left them at the apartment as well. There was a cracked wine glass and two more glasses cracked in the dishwasher.
There was no kettle and we had to boil water for tea in a saucepan.
The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, neither did the heated towel rail.
We ended up staying for an extra couple of nights, but were still charged for two lots of cleaning.
If the owner was to spend a 'little' bit of money, ensuring that everything was in working order and all the basics were in the kitchen, we would have given him excellent for everything as it is in a fabulous location and was very clean!
