There is a pool in case you like swimming. The neighborhood is very quiet so you shouldn't have problems sleeping. The staff was friendly and their dogs were cute.
The area doesn't have much in terms of things to do and places to eat. It can feel a bit desolate, especially after dark. The staff don't speak any English at all, so unless you speak some Spanish you're going to be giving Google Translate a workout. The prices of the rooms are actually high compared to the 3 other places I stayed in Asuncion when you consider what you're getting. The shared kitchen seemed to always have dirty dishes and ants crawling around everywhere, and the coffee machine only worked 1 out of the 3 days I stayed there
