Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location for us to walk from the doorstep and visit friends
For the time of year the temperature around the property was uneven but with additional heaters warmth and coziness could be achieved in individual rooms.

A beautiful cottage, better than any I have stayed in. Every little thing had been thought about and provided. Really appreciated the George Forman Grill and the slow cooker. The welcome pack was more than generous, even including a bottle of wine, milk, biscuits and lots more.
The lounge had a whole cabinet full of games and puzzles as well as plenty of books, maps and pamphlets about the local area.
To be honest we could not have asked for anything more! There were quirky little notices every where that were really helpful in finding out how everything worked and where to find them.

Very well equipped accommodation. Very clean. Lots of notices with information for everything. Games jigsaws and dvds in lounge. Unique decor reflecting the personality of the owner and her love of cats. Ideal location to explore Norfolk to visit Brecks, Broads and Coast for wildlife. Towns of East Dereham, Fakenham and Swaffham in 10 mile radius with good amenities. Kings Lynn and Norwich in easy reach. Only local amenities, post office/convenience store, pub and fish n chipshop are two miles away in Litcham.
Access down single track road but not far out of village and road hardly used so not too bad.

Great position for country walks and visiting nearby friends. It had absolutely everything you needed (everything).
it felt a bit like someone else’s home, but got used to it. There was quite a bit of lived in smell from all the rugs and soft furnishings but diminished the longer we stayed.
