I liked the private entrance and facilities available.
Good for a relaxing time away.
Had outside area which was nice.
The space was well heated and also well ventilated.

Love the annex it was comfortable clean and well presented with a home from home feel.the location was very quiet but it was a little bit out of the way for us as the road to it is very narrow with not many passing places but it didn't spoil our stay,the owner Jean was very pleasant when she called..all in all a lovely stay and and a very nice property.
As I said a little bit out if the way on narrow roads .so be prepared to take provisions as shops are limited.but it is certainly quiet and peaceful.

Quiet location, a little remote but within easy distance of Aberaeron. Enjoyed watching good variety of birds in the garden. Good beaches within easy striking distance (Tresaith, Penbryn, Aberporth, Cwmtudu and even Mwnt a little further away). The compact size of the annexe was fine for us but some might might not cope
Washbasin in the bathroom is minute and at a height for midgets. Shower is good though. Pothole at entrance to drive catches the unwary.
