Flat 4 was very comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday and would definitely go back.
The only slight downside was the lack of room in the communal bins but however this could be due to the dates we stayed and bin collection days.

Great location for walks into Whitby only about 10mins we have stayed before so we knew what to expect

We had a great stay in Whitby. The appartment is a bit off-centered of the city center but it is just a 10 to 15 minute away walk.
The flat is well-eqquiped, you can easily cook your meals here. The sofa is comfortable and so are the beds.

Property is centrally located and relatively easy to find. Easy check in/out procedure.
Significant damp issue especially in the smaller room, walls are weepy. The beds are a bit springy.
