It suited our group perfectly. All the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable.
Nothing about the property, it’s just sad there isn’t a pub within walking distance, but that shouldn’t take away the beauty of the remote location that Lower Hodre is in.

The cottage is big and spacious and has amazing views. The hot tub was great too. There is plenty of space and the wood burners made it feel really cozy.
Emma the host was amazing and gave us a great welcome. She baked a lovely cake and there were lots of things made available to us on arrival (eggs, bread etc). She also offers a range of menus for an additional cost and hand delivers to the cottage. We had the chicken curry which was lovely and it was a great start to our break.
We would definitely recommend the cottage and had a fantastic break with all the family.
We liked everything. Hard to find any negatives.
