Located in Southbank, this attractive condo for $213 per night is a great option for your next break. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. Common facilities are now open to use. The swimming pool will be closed from 24 July until 3 September, 2023. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. **This apartment does not have a locking balcony door, therefore it may not be suited to guests with young children. You will not be disappointed with this property... Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is almost on your doorstep. This is a truly stunning apartment! As comfy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable, plush Scandinavian sofa, matching dining setting and large TV and a fully appointed kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too! Complex facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool and gym. All available for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views with floor-to-ceiling windows and is completely separate. It has a large built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The bed is your choice of a king or two singles (subject to timing of booking request). The other bedroom is also large, with floor to ceiling windows. This room also has a flexible bedding configuration of either a king or two singles. This room has direct access to an adjoining bathroom. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. The price quoted is based upon 4 guests there is an extra charge per guest after 4. Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. Should you wish to use the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features in the photos may be experienced. ** Tea and coffee are provided free-of-charge. ** WiFi broadband internet provided free-of-charge ** Hair dryer provided for your convenience. ** High quality hangers for your clothes. ** Ducted heating/air-conditioning throughout. ** Before 10am Check-in $25 ** After 10pm Check-in $25 ** Late Check-out (when available) $50/hr or part thereof ** Replacement Key Set $80 ** Mid-Stay Cleaning Service $150/clean ** Additional Cleaning $50/hour (when required) ** Additional Car Park $20/night (when available)

Great apartment, brilliant location, stunning views of the city. Loved it. Just wouldn’t recommend for very light sleepers as noise of city below (cars, sirens) comes through the glazing. Other than that it is perfect, we loved it.

The location was perfect, being walking distance to the city, Crown and the train station. It was also easy for regional attendees to get to. The description online was accurate and the apartment was very clean. Certainly enjoyed the stay and will seek out again if available.

Great location!! We were able to walk to many attractions. We Highly recommend the SouthBank area!!! Loads of restaurants, and attractions near by. Grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The owner - Tony - was easy to work with and very accommodating. Thanks so much for working with us. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable there. Easy access to transportation....Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the Melbourne area. He has multiple units so check with him regarding availability!!!

The description of the property on the Stayz website is somewhat overblown. I wouldn't describe it as "truly stunning" or "as roomy as a house". The traffic noise on and off the adjacent freeway ramps is very noticeable. The balcony is tiny and the main toilet wasn't cleaned to the standard I would have expected upon arrival. On the positive side it has all the basics you would want for a 3br 2bath place, including kitchen, its own laundry & dryer, free wifi and carpark. I would only recommend staying here if you need to be in close proximity to the nearby attractions such as Crown and Southbank.

Tony and his staff were very helpful and accomodating with our stay. The apartment was very comfortable for the 6 of us and we were given everything we needed or requested. Highly recommend this place.
