The location close to the oldtown of Polignano was very good, the option of the terrace was only fine because it was not looking like from the offer - rusty drying rack, destroyed flowerpots and crumbling dry plants, the bedroom bed was good and comfortable, the towels and linen was provided, AC was working, WinFi was not working. I think it is ok for shorter stay.
The information about the steep stairs is only visible in the facilities section and it is only mentioned
once, would be usefull to share this in the object deacription as well. The kitchen located on the top floor - having microvave, fridge, an oven with a stove - but as the next day we noticed there were no kitchen utensils, cuttlery nor any pots, when I reachd out asking for some I got info that it is forbidden to cook in the kitchen, so nothing will be provided. This info was not available in the offer nor we were informed on the checkin nor any house statute or Q&A document was available. So we were surprised and the truth is that if we were aware we would choose a different location for our stay. The photos of the terrace of the building seem to be AI enhanced because it does not look as lovely as in the pictures (notice the wooden door on the left having different size and shape than the actual built in stone in reality, the flowers are not there in reality, the pictures have deleted the street signs and the wall texture) and would be good to have the the pictures presenting the flat and its surrounding in the current and actual state. The bottom bathroom is ok but the top one where you can actually take a shower is having the ceiling crumbling on the floor, notice it is located on the stairs as well.
