Apartment was spacious, well-appointed and very clean.
The TV had been damaged by a previous client/tenant and was not working. We had to discover this for ourselves - I would have preferred to know this before arrival.

Character, location, facilities. A lot of thought went into presentation. Very clean. Lots of room with really high ceilings very spacious. Full sized kitchen with great bench space. Large shower with tucked away laundry. Comfy couches. Very cool verandah set up for morning coffee.
