A localização, as instalações e o Staff. A diferença de ser bom para muito bom está no staff e na sua atenção aos detalhes. Parabéns ao staff que é muito atencioso a todos os pormenores.

Very nice and attractive room. Bed was ok. Receptionist wss great - very helpful, friendly, cheerful.
We reserved twin beds and got one bed. There were no towels in the room - receptioniist was extremely helpful. Air conditiining is centrally controlled and off at night. Room was very hot. Pillows were hard as a rock. No tissues in bathroom.
