Rolf is the consummate host who is helpful and he provided all and more information about the condo and the island. The unit itself has everything one needs for a comfortable and quiet stay on Bimini. AC is cold, beds are very comfortable for med-firm to firm preferences (they pressure balance the body in a supportive manner). The TV, Wifi and refrigeration units work well. The hot water and water pressure are ample. Your Bimini Bay bracelet works for the resort (the pool is great), hotel amenities and the 360 beach club (except on days when Virgin Voyages has a ship in port when only the hotel amenities are available). This is a friendly complex with a sparkling clean beachfront infinity pool. Recommend renting a golf cart to explore local fare and entire island offerings. This experience was ideal for our family of 3 and I highly recommend Rolf’s unit for a private experience vs a public hotel. Please do not hesitate to book, we will definitely return.

The location is very close to the Casino and resort. We rented a golf cart because we like to mingle in town with the locals. The property has security guards so it is very safe and only residents and guests are allowed in. It was a little confusing to locate as the numbers are in the back but once there was easy to navigate. For a studio it is quite large any roomy so you don't feel cramped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was great. There are 2 queen beds and I would have preferred at least one a king size and not the most comfortable to sleep on.

The accommodation was welcoming and equipped for a nice stay. We were there to enjoy the local and the amenities in the unit and with the HOA were what we needed. We explored and enjoyed our visit. Roof was informative, helpful and hospital for our stay there.
