Lovely people.
I took breakfast and dinner, it was very nice and catered to special diets too! I felt part of the family.

The hotel feels so clean and has an air of relaxation about it. The family showed great hospitality, made delicious food, and we were even lucky to be invited to a dinner party with their friends and family.
It was delightful to meet their elder son Sagar, who was also extremely hospitable, was a very interesting partner for conversation, speaks great English, and answered many of our questions and explained many things about Nepal that nobody else was able to explain to us on this trip.
Getting there was a bit tricky: our taxi driver got lost and got stuck in the mud! It's probably a good idea to ask your taxi driver to call the hotel owner and ask for directions.

This place is really highly recommended!
We spent six days with Shekhar, Kalpana and their children and they immediately made us feel like part of the family.
The room was very clean - even more if you consider that you are in Nepal and the whole house was really new. As it gets cold in winter, there was a thick cozy blanket on the bad and a small plug-in-heater.
Shekhar and Kalpana really made our stay so so special! We learned a lot about Nepal, its culture and cuisine and even learned how to make Mo:Mos! They were always super helpful and friendly. The whole experience really exceeded our expectations - if you want an authentic Nepali experience with the comfort of a hotel and the kindness of a homestay you should definitely come here :)
Honestly nothing! You should just be aware that it can get quite cold in winter (we stayed in December)

After our trek to Annapurna we booked this hotel in Kathmandu and were very surprised by price and the quality provided in this nice peaceful place.surrounded by green hill and mountain. After our request to extend our stay we got additional price discount. Very friendly and responsive staff. They are very friendly, eager to help and resourceful.They wont disappoint you, the owner of the hotel regularly came to check if you need anything else.
We definitely recommend this hotel.
