Located in Venus Bay, this charming house for $187 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Huge, spacious and roomy are just a few words that sum up this expansive beach house. This is the one you have been looking for. This is not a party house but an extensive floor plan well suited for 2 families or an extended family celebration. Downstairs is a huge area with open plan living incorporating kitchen, dining and living room, with split system cooling and heating. Further along is a separate chill out area with 2 comfy armchairs, books and games, as well as downstairs toilet, bathroom, laundry and 2 bedrooms. The second large family area consists of a second large TV and dvd player & sofas, split system heating and cooling, plenty of space for the kids to play including a table tennis table and Foosball table Upstairs is the parents retreat with 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom , as well as a sunroom with tv and wii and reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling Additional Fans and portable heaters are also provided for individual bedrooms. Please see the bedding configuration below as you will need to supply your own linen. This property is well situated within walking distance of Venus Bay Village and patrolled Surf Beach 1 as well as beach 2. Downstairs Bed 1- Trio Bunk - including 1 double and 1 single bed Bed 2 -1 Queen size bed and single bunks Upstairs Bed 1 - Queen Size Bed Bed 2 - Double Bed Sunroom - double sofa bed Doonas and pillows provided but you will need to bring your own doona covers, pillowcases and sheets Please note all double beds and queen bed have queen size doonas.

Pictures don't do it justice - usually a house is smaller than it looks in the photos but this one was HUGE, amazing for our group of 9 friends. Every living space was big enough for us to all hang out. We loved the ping pong table. Comfortable beds. Great BBQ and deck. Bathrooms both being separate rather than ensuites was especially good for a group of friends as no one had to go through another bedroom to use them. Sally was very helpful and responsive. Very close to walk to the local cafe/pub/restaurant and general store.

This time we stayed as a family group. The extra lounge spaces meant there was space for all. The kitchen is well stocked and made making large meals easy. Thanks for another great stay.

We were very happy with this house. There was plenty of room to spread out and we loved the location close to Venus Bay shops and the beach. Thanks for providing all the wonderful books, games and DVD's. The table tennis table was very popular. We had a very relaxing holiday and look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Desperately needs a second refrigerator. For a house able to sleep 11 adults the small fridge is quite inadequate. Also there is no pantry only under bench cupboards housing utensils and cleaning gear No where to store dry goods. Apart from these little gripes we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

What a great place to share with another family. Heaps of space, super comfy beds, multiple living areas for kids and parents to relax play and eat in. Easy walk to shops, beach and the hidden op shop! No Wi-Fi was a big plus with plenty of other a activities to keep everyone occupied. A fantastic place to stay.

This property has plenty of room. The separate living area worked well for our family group. Air conditioning was a bonus in the hot weather. Great location. Would stay here again.

Great base for a large family or multiple families. Heaps of room to spread out and the table tennis is a winner. Close to shops and 15 min walk to either beach 1 or 2. Decor is a nice 80’s early 90’s time warp and no wifi but this could be a good thing!

This property is clean, well kitted out and spacious. The kitchen has just about everything you need (though some sharper knives would be handy for all the chopping up we did!) even with children’s plates and cups. Admittedly it’d be nice to have linen supplied as it takes up a fair bit of room in the car and is a drag to use after the car journey but this is not an insurmountable difficulty. The house is close to the shops and new playground in Venus Bay which was great. Particularly the café which even opened on Christmas Day to give us our caffeine fix. The Venus Bay beaches aren’t far but for beaches that are better for littlies it was best to make use of the 20 minute journey to inverloch. The games, books and dvds were really appreciated. As were the visiting lizards and echidna. Thanks Sally!

A perfect place for a group of friends to stay for a short break. There are a number of common areas and ample space to relax, plus outside decking, & a large kitchen/dining/lounge area. The hostess was responsive and helpful.

My sister and I stayed here with our family’s, 6 kids in total and had a fabulous time. The table tennis is always a massive hit and the decks on both sides get the lovely sun at different times in the day. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. Plenty of room for two families.

We had a lovely few days away at Venus bay. This house was a great base with so much space for our multi age family group to spread out when we needed space and to come together with lots of board games, dvds, table tennis etc.

It was a breeze, from making the reservation to staying there. There were throws in drawers in the living room, games for kids and adults and the beds were comfortable. The linen was soft, unlike some places where the linen was hard and rough. We had everything we needed at the house and the kids enjoyed themselves very much too!

We had 2 families share this property with a plan for 3 families to attend, and we still would of had amply room and comfort for all adults and children. There are 3 x TV lounge rooms and an excellent break-out room for all kids, with futsal, table tennis and TV with plenty of games. The property is perfect for a beach getaway, hidden away in the bushes and a lovely little outdoor bbq area, we will be heading back there again.

We had a great time and the property was just what we needed. Plenty of space for our family and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Short stroll to shops and Venus Bay beaches - great location. Would definitely book again.

Spacious comfortable home with three living zones and a Table Tennis table enjoyed by all. Highly recommend to a larger group. One improvement that needs to be done is we found the top area very dusty and both the kids and adults couldn’t stop sneezing until we had vaccumed the place up.
