About this house rental
A holiday cottage at the charming Kysing Næs south of Aarhus. The cottage is well arranged and with a fully equipped kitchen with access to the large dining section. There is a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. There is a shared bathing jetty around 300 metres from the house. This place is suitable for families looking for peaceful surroundings and close proximity to beach and Aarhus.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Our family had a great time at the holiday home in Odder! The cottage is spacious and well-equipped, and we loved the proximity to the beach, The kids spent hours playing at the jetty, and the barbecue facilities were a nice touch for our evening meals,
