About this house rental
Situated in Ogunquit, this charming house for $511 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Fresh linens and towels are delivered on day of arrival (including beach towels during warmer months). Walk to beach in 7/10 of a mile. Walk to downtown restaurants in 4/10 of a mile. Quiet dead-end street, wooded property. Large yard on 1/2 acre of land with patio and screened porch. Trolley stop at end of street. Propane fire-pit available for use in warmer months, fireplace available for use in months of October - April. A cooler and beach blanket along with a beach umbrella are provided. Propane grill on outside porch. Consumables are not provided, however a minimal amount will likely be available to get you started (i.e., toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, and condiments). Peloton bike in the basement (shoes not provided).

The house was very well appointed. Plenty of room for our party of six.
It was a little difficult navigating the dirt/gravel road with our beach carts. It was very dark at night walking back from town as therw are no street lights.

My family and I had the best time staying at this house! It was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the sheets so soft. The kitchen is well equipped, the porch was a lovely place to hang out and play games, and there’s cable with on demand so we watch some movies too!
The best part was being able to have our dog with us and not worry about him being boarded while we were away. It made for a very relaxing vacation! Only con- the mosquitoes are very bad as mentioned in some other reviews, but we would still stay here in the future!

This home is secluded and is an easy walk to town and the beach. Clean and spacious. Two full bathrooms to accommodate our family. Multiple dining areas - peninsula in kitchen, dining room, and screened porch. Ample parking. Dog friendly!!

This home was a perfect getaway! We were able to spread out and enjoy the screened in porch and outdoor space and then come together in the open concept for family dinners and game night! We had everything we could possibly need and felt right at home. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. We had a wonderful week and hope to come back again in the future!

Our family had an incredible stay at this property. It was very clean and very well equipped, and perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the main beach and town. The beds were comfortable, and anything you could possibly need was there, including beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a beach caddy to get it all to the beach! We really enjoyed the outdoor hot and cold shower and the firepit. The beds were comfortable and the house was roomy enough for 6 adults and a 13 month old (who perfected his walking while here!). Daniel was amazing to work with, everything was as promised and he made the check in and out process easy. This was one of our very best vacations (and we have been coming to this area of Maine for over 35 years). We fully recommend this property!

This was a great property for us. Close enough to walk downtown and to the beach. The house is well kept and spotless with lots of beach chairs and towels etc.

Great time in ogunquit
We had a wonderful time in ogunquit. The house was very clean and had everything you would need while vacation. The beds were very comfortable and we had good nights sleep after doing a lot of walking. Anyone looking for a nice house to rent should try this house. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Thank you again for sharing your house with us, our family had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave.

Loved Our Stay!
This was our second year staying here for a long weekend, and we enjoyed it just as much as the last time. Everything is communicated well and accurately, the house is clean, and exactly as described. A major plus is being able to bring our dog in the fall! My family has stayed in many different places when coming to OGT, but we love this location!

A Wonderful Week
Can't say enough about the property, the amenities, or the communication with the hosts. Everything was exactly as advertised. The house was clean, all linens were there upon arrival, and every amenity we could want was available. Plenty of quality beach chairs, heaps if beach toys, dun umbrellas, a beach cart, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We hope to be back again next year.

We had a great family vacation in the perfect house. The location was walking distance to the town and the beach. There are a number of spaces inside and out that allow folks to gather or enjoy a little privacy. The only downside is that the mosquitoes are all over you out of doors (at least in July), so consistent insect repellent use is a must. We are looking forward to our next stay.

A gem!
The property is tucked in the woods so you are surrounded by nature. It is peaceful and quiet. Its easy to forget that you are so close to town. The house is beautifully equipped and very well maintained. The linen service was a really nice bonus. Its a quick walk into Ogunquit & down to the beach. We had a wonderful week!

Wonderful Family Vacation!
This house was fantastic! Its much larger then the pictures show and has everything you could possibly need. The laundry service is nice and gives you piece of mind that everything to the comforter and pillows are washed before you stay. Although we did not utilize the beach gear and coolers it was great that this is provided for guests. The location is fantastic however I would note that to get up to the property you have to go up a dirt/stone road which is uphill. It was a little difficult to push a stroller and I could see it being an issue for those with mobility concerns if you are walking. Its a short walk to the main road so it was not an issue but something to be aware of :) We hope to be back soon! Thank you Daniel!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in Ogunquit. Daniel's property is exactly as listed and very clean. The location was excellent for going downtown and in nice proximity to tons of restaurants. This house has all the essential amenities you need and the firepit outside was an added bonus. Daniel was very accessible if we needed!

Great Experience!
We absolutely loved our stay here in OGT! The house tucked away and private, yet just a short walk away from town and the beach. It is so nice and spacious, and offers more than we could have imagined! We enjoyed the fire pit, spacious living areas, and comfortable beds! Daniel’s communication was the best we have ever experienced when renting! We hope to stay here again!
