About this house rental
Modern holiday cottage with exclusive decor. Located just behind the dunes at Blokhus in a magnificent, undulating dune area and a short walk to both the sea and beaches and all of the town's offerings. A house for families that emphasise high quality and good location. The house is furnished in order to ensure the best possible light during the day and the result is a very bright and airy house. The furnishings are tasteful and of high quality. From the house and terrace you have views of the dune area and from the terrace you can hear the ocean. The stereo in the living room can be connected to an Ipod. The mezzanine has a TV and DVD player. The living room has access to a partially covered south/west facing terrace with halogen lighting and radiant heat. Moreover, between house and annex is a secluded patio with plenty of shelter and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
