This attractive holiday home is located south of Ljungskile, on the west coast, close to the popular summer islands Orust and Tjörn. The high standard cottage was built in 2015 and is set in a quiet residential area called Korsviken. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the closest bathing spot. The one-storey cottage has an open plan living room and kitchen. The living room features a wood burning stove for cosy nights indoors. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a dining area. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two bunk beds, and the third with one single bed. The bathroom is well-equipped, featuring a WC, washbasin, shower, washing machine and dryer. The cottage is set on a large, natural plot of 1500 square metres. From the hill outside of the house, you can view Fräknefjorden and Orust. The nearest bathing spot is only 400 metres from the cottage and there's a larger beach with a bathing only 700 metres away. The golf course is seven kilometres away. The cottage is surrounded by scenic nature and you may well catch a glimpse of deer, elk and foxes on your walks through the countryside and in the forest.
