Nestled in Hawthorne, this lovely condo for $99 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Please read the entire listing to make sure this place is right for you. Check in is anytime after 5pm, check out is by 11am. • This neighborhood is very close to LAX airport and the beach cities, including Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. • Our neighborhood is an alternative choice for guests who find themselves priced out of the beach cities and don't mind driving a few miles to get to their desired locations. It is also great for those wanting to stay close to LAX. • If you are looking for a budget friendly place that is not shared and you plan on being out for most of the day or evening to enjoy what Los Angeles has to offer, and need a clean place to rest your head, this place IS for you! If you have these expectations in mind, you will enjoy our apartment to the fullest. Our apartment is unique because if you were to get a nearby hotel room for the same price, you'll only be getting one room with max 2 beds. Here, you'll be getting; • A whole 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with TV. (Netflix and basic channels only) Kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. • 1 free dedicated parking spot for you. It can be difficult to get into the parking spot if you have a large car, if so you will need to park on the street. Street parking is also available if your group has more than one car, just be aware it can be a bit tough to find a spot nearby after work hours. • The apartment is 1000 square feet. The two bedrooms are 12x13ft. Each room has one queen size bed and can sleep two adults. • The living room has a leather sofa that converts into a queen size bed and can sleep one person. • Our bathroom is 8x8 ft and has all the necessities; bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, and toilet. • Fresh towels are provided along with toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Extras are located in the bathroom cabinets. There is no housekeeping during your stay. Please tidy up while you are at my home. There is no washing machine or dryer available to do laundry, but there IS a laundromat located one block away where you can wash your clothes. No pets/animals allowed. • For your safety, we have video surveillance outside at our front door facing the outside hallway to ensure you are safe during your stay. (None inside) • Please note that this is a second floor upstairs unit with 17 steps. There is no elevator on site. • This is a "blue collar", working class neighborhood. We respect our neighbors as there are many nearby, and you should too. There is the hustle and bustle of daily Los Angeles life, and our prices reflect this. If you are expecting an upscale neighborhood such as Beverly Hills or Manhattan Beach with an ocean view, this place is NOT for you! • If you are looking for a budget friendly place that is not shared and you plan on being out for most of the day or evening to enjoy what Los Angeles has to offer, and need a clean place to rest afterwards, this place IS for you! If you have these expectations in mind, you will enjoy our home to the fullest. Our apartment is simple yet cost effective. What a great deal! Thanks for looking, make sure to book our place now before your dates get taken! • NOTE: Accidents do happen. We understand that occasionally a plate will break, a spill on the carpet will happen, and so forth. Please notify me if an accident does happen, most likely it will be something easy to fix! I'm an easy going person. However, if you do not mention it and I find it after you have checked out, I will charge your deposit fee for the damage(s)/incidental(s) appropriately. • ALSO PLEASE NOTE: *** The maximum guests is 5 people, and it must be the ones you've mentioned who will be coming to stay at my home. No parties, illegal activity, loud music, events, or outside guests allowed. As mentioned earlier we do have outside video surveillance to monitor these unwanted activities. Those who do not follow these rules will be reported to Homeaway for an extra charge out of your deposit or eviction with no refund. Parking info: You are being provided with ONE off street dedicated parking spot at no additional charge. If you have two vehicles, you will need to park one car on the street. Please observe parking signs, as you are responsible for any tickets. Parking is difficult in any large city. The same is true here. There is some street parking, but you may need to park around the corner. If you have a small or mid size car, you will have no problem parking in my spot. It is best to have a confident driver who can navigate your vehicle through tight spaces. Your parking space is located behind my apartment building. The driveway is somewhat narrow. It is possible to drive and park a mini-van if you are a confident driver, my recommendation is to drive slowly and carefully, and to watch my video tutorial link to see what it looks like. It is not possible for us to accommodate full size vans or large SUVs/trucks. Thanks so much

We arrived for one night to eliminate traffic problems that could exist with getting to LAX from San Diego. It was a great location and only 15 minutes to the airport. The place is clean and far more spacious that any hotel. For our family of 5, this was critical and we had a good, quiet nights sleep. The access and the arrival departure was easy, so thank you Rick for your excellent communication.

Great place but didn’t read that it was on the second floor so it was horrible for the kids had to have them tippy toe so the noise wouldn’t annoy the neighbors other downside was the Tv couldn’t do much only Netflix was available wanted to watch other movies.....other than that very clean and spacious ...

Stayed in the apartment for 5 nights with my husband, 9 month old, and mother-in-law. We felt completely welcomed and like we had access to everything we needed. After hitting a nearby farmers market we cooked at home for most of our meals. Getting to and from our destinations was easy (besides usual LA traffic) because the apartment was nearby the freeway. There wasn't always room for my husband on the bed with me and baby, but we kind of expected it may be an issue because we knew there were only queen beds and we are both above average in our size! But with the pull out couch we were able to manage and still be comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment home for your next LA visit!

This nice, clean, 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family of 5 while we were on vacation in LA. It is within 5 miles of the ocean and nice beaches; and there are several major highways running near it for access to other area attractions. It is in a neighborhood that has a big grocery store and restaurants near it. We even used a Laundro-mat that was very near and convenient. The host was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. If you drive a large vehicle the one designated parking spot is a very tight in and out, but it did work for us and is covered parking and off of the street.

I stayed from 10/13-10/15 place is just like described. Perfect condition and very calm community. Rooms are very spacy and will find everything you might need to make your stay more convenient.. The only thing that it is missing it's a full body mirror (for us girls). I will definitely come back to this place!

Apartment was exactly as in description. I had a very nice stay. This apartment is spacious, affordable, clean and is really close to the beach. Rick is so sweet to work with and responds quickly. I would stay here again. There is no A.C. but wasn't an issue at all with the windows open and fans going.
