Great facilities. The hotel is new, the pool area is amazing, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

I think the parking fee is unfair, given that the car is left uncovered and the lot is accessible to anyone. Parking should be included in the daily rate.

The front desk staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The room service staff stole a stuffed animal off our bed from my friend. We reported it and followed up on it multiple times but the staff wasn’t doing anything to try and find it for her or make amends. Room service also took our towels twice and didn’t replace them at all. No wash clothes, hand towels or regular shower towels. Hand soap was also not replaced and they didn’t replace our floor mat for outside of the shower. They left us with noting. Room service was TERRIBLE. Also the mini fridge was really small and you could barely fit anything in it, it was essentially able to hold a couple drinks. Online it says that there is breakfast included and there is breakfast but it is not complimentary, you have to pay for it. And parking is $25 a day to stay on their lot. Finally the majority of the other guests at the hotel were trashy so if you’re looking for a relaxing and slightly upscale hotel to stay at… this is not it. We couldn’t even use the pool or the hot tub because people were blasting their music so loudly and their kids were running around without parental supervision. Throwing things at other adult guests, repeatedly jumping onto my friend and I while we were in the hot tub, running around the pool spraying water at us and one kid in particular was eating a pool noodle and then spitting out the chunks into the pool. It was disgusting. I understand that the hotel and the staff can’t do anything about about parents not making sure their kids respect the other guests or make the parents actually parent their children rather than getting trashed. However I feel like it’s important to know what kind of crowd you’ll be around when deciding where to book your stay at a location.
