You can hear everything through the walls. We had an issue with our keys, we had to constantly go back ti the reception to activate them again because none of them worked(it happened 15times with all of our keys)

Second time staying here,but 1.loud party noise at 2 am 2.someone must pee in the bathroom body wash bottle! Bad smell and disgusting!

Hampton Inn has never let me down, the hotels are always very clean, the location was good, close to the train station, and restaurants which makes your stay easier. Excellent service from the staff, the receptionists, housekeepers and the breakfast room always ready to help us.

Front Desk Staff is Rude. Had to pick teeth just for a late check out. Blood on my pillowcase. SWITCHED MY ROOM AND THERE WAS NO BODY WASH, TOOTHPASTE. MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME REPAIR THE HEATER

Stayed here for a night so we didn’t have to make the drive up to LA for the Bluey x CAMP experience the next day (it’s approximately 30 min from the Westfield Century City Mall). The highlight of this hotel would probably be the indoor pool since you do not see that often. We were able to take a swim even in the middle of winter (yes, it’s too cold in California to swim outdoors now, haha). Water was warm, good size pool, and a hot tub too. Our kiddoes loved it! Decor was simple & clean. We had to switch our room & they were accommodating. Beds were comfy (more on the firmer side). Also loved that they had a fridge & a microwave in the room. Breakfast was included which included a variety of foods including bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, and diy pancakes (regular & mini version). Their attention to detail at this location was very welcomed, and I definitely noticed. The staff understood the motto “making you happy makes us happy.” Thank you for making our stay a short, but great trip! Will definitely return when we’re in the area again.

If you arent familiar with the location, its not far from the airport. All sorts of food around you. Felt pretty safe.

Location was convenient. Staff nice. Parking lot was dirty and smelled horrible. Did like that there was coffee/tea, micro & fridge in the room.

There were constantly homeless people trying to get into the parking garage and hotel and it looked like homeless people were eating breakfast as the front doors were unlocked and open for friends of the homeless to wander in. It appeared a guest or wanderer eating breakfast texted their friends to join. Couch seating in the dinning area were saggy and uncomfortable. The breakfast area was dark, low ceilings made the space feel small, the food seemed less fresh, no whipping cream, the hot tub seemed dirty and pool area less welcoming and staff less pleasant vs other Hamptons we stayed at. One suggestion is that a shower in the pool area and reminder to use it keeps the hot tub much cleaner. Also, bench seating and indoor outdoor space would improve the pool area. We enjoyed outdoor fire pits or a bbq at other hotels, kids swam and we cooked dinner. The Hampton hotel in San Diego circle loop for example was much nicer. Security/maintenance staff was diligent and present, the pool area and fire pit was a beautiful outdoor oasis, and the hot pool was clean, breakfast seemed fresher with whipping cream for waffles. Front doors required key card due to check in after 10am when breakfast finishes. The eating area had a nice high ceiling and plenty of natural light. Bench seating was firm and floors were cleaned regularly. It was apparent that staff took pride in the hotel.

Highly recommended! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great and a good variety, and the staff was very welcoming. We used the free street parking, but a paid garage is right next to the property. The location is in a good area for food and it is in about a 20 minute proximity to the LA attractions. Very close to the airport. When I return to LA, I will be staying here again.

Parking garage had enough parking spaces. We drive a full sized extended truck and did not have a difficult time finding parking. Free yummy cookies during check in. 50 minute walk to So-Fi stadium, which I don’t recommend. The area is very sketchy. I did not know there was a metro shuttle to So-Fi less than a block away. My bedding had a lot of little hairs like if someone had shaved or got a haircut in the sheets. I notified housekeeping and they changed my bedding in a timely manner. Some of my towels had makeup on them and I did not notice until I took them apart. At check out I told a girl Ana and she assumed I was telling her to try to get a discount. Very ignorant of her. She didn’t seem to care. The lobby area looked clean. Breakfast was a standard free breakfast, not bad. If you choose to stay here bring sanitizing wipes, the phone surface and remote were not clean. Also inspect the towels and bedding. I’ve never had a problem with a Hampton. I don’t know what happened this time. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Everything else was fine.

Lupita is the most amazing hostess! She is so warm and great to talk to. She directed us and helped us in so many ways! This place is nice! Comfy beds, spacious rooms and you feel so safe and cozy! What a great place to stay to go to the Rams Football Game!

This property is located in a suburb on LA but seems to be part of the massive LA MEGAtropoliss...however, the hotel itself and my room was very nice. the parking garage was a place I would not go by myself though or outside of the hotel to walk around...nope not me.

I can't say enough about how fantastic this hotel is. First of all, the rate is extremely reasonable. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely appointed. It comes with a free breakfast and complimentary cookies in the afternoon. It is pet friendly with no extra charge. It has free covered garage parking as well! If there's a better airport hotel I haven't found it. Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff, but the showerhead was quite filthy with heavy calcium build up. The bedsheets were very wrinkled (didn't want to think about what that really means), but overall was a good stay.

It’s usually hard to find a hotel in LA that has free parking and breakfast but this hotel has it all! Such a smooth and amazing stay! Definitely recommend this hotel. We’re a family of six with four little ones with all ages under 8 and let me say our kids loved it here.

I was looking for a nicer (but affordable) hotel that was convenient to both LAX and SoFi, and this Hampton Inn was perfect. I am not sure how new it is, but I would guess it's relatively new based on condition. Aside from the 3rd floor hall smelling a little musty, the room itself was great -- clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom/shower. The lobby was similar to other Hampton Inns with a large gathering area for breakfast in the morning. And speaking of breakfast, it's really good considering it's free. We took advantage of the waffle station as well as the egg white frittatas. Front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. And the free parking garage is great. Not that the neighborhood around it is bad, but it's nice knowing your car is in a secured garage. There are a few fast food restaurants in walking distance, and a gas station next door if you need to refill your rental car before returning it at LAX. Location-wise, it's less than 2 mi from SoFi. Easy access to the 405 and 105, as well as a Metro station nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again on future LA trips.
