The owners of the property are very responsive and great to work with. We rented the property for my kids birthday but when we got there another family was already there. The owner quickly got us another beach house closer to the beach. The beach house we stayed in definitely was not the same quality as the one the we paid for, not as many showers, and the overall up keep was not the same. I am still waiting on my deposit from the golf cart we rented, which was delivered right to us and was super fun.
Overall, even though it wasn’t exactly what we originally thought the weekend was going to be, our kids and guests had a great time and we were happy we came to Surfside.

Fabulous Birthday Weekend
We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is phenomenal! The walk to the beach...5 minutes! Great location! Great House/Location, Terrible Management
We loved the house and the location and really had a great trip, however when we called the owner 1 hour before arrival, he was unaware that we were even booked. Evolve had not informed him of our arrival or booking and we had to delay our arrival by 3 hours to give him time to get an alternative cleaning crew out to prepare the house for us. Regardless of his attempt, the house was dirty, the linens were not cleaned and our master bed had sand in it. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the washing machine full of linens, neither complete. We left the house in better and cleaner condition that when we arrived. Despite these issues with cleaning, we had a great vacation. We would however like to discuss with Evolve a refund of our cleaning fee that we paid for this trip.

The owners really went above and beyond to make this beach house feel like a home away from home from the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable beds you just don't want to get out of. The custom cabinetry, high end finishes, and the fun decor puts this house over the top! The main deck was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, having an outdoor lunch with the family, and listening to the ocean with plenty of space to sit and relax. It's a very short walk to the beach which was great for our family. The owners were really helpful and very sweet answering our questions. If you are looking for the perfect beach house for your vacation, this is the one! You'll never want to leave!

There was a porch swing and different furniture. The beach is a short walk but you can not drive there unless you leave the neighborhood and go through the beach entrance, not a big deal but just FYI. The house has really cool bunk beds and great kitchen table for playing games!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved it!!
We absolutely loved the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and was not crowded. Plenty of kitchen space to make a big family supper and plenty of seating outside for bbq. Location was great also. Pictures don’t do this place justice, you just need to check it out yourself. My family and I would definitely stay here again and the owners are super sweet.

It was a beautiful, charming house that is well cared for! The amount of space is perfect!
This house was everything we could have wanted!! There was so much thought and effort that went into the development of this house. The porch is the perfect hangout spot with plenty of seating, the built in table and bar area were great for serving, and each bed was amazingly comfortable. The showers are beautifully designed and the house is filled with amenities like a Keurig, pots and pans, washer and dryer. We definitely plan on staying here again, would highly recommend for a family vacation !

Great house, great host
The house was clean and cooled when we got there. The house is amazing... newly renovated if I remember what the host mentioned. He came by to tighten up a door handle and close a vent that was causing condensation on a windowed cabinet.
I would stay here again and I would recommend to family or friends.
