The listing says 4 bedroom but they are counting the living room as a bedroom. It truly is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 1 and a trundle day bed that can sleep 2 in the living room. We had several issues while staying that were fixed by the management except the plugs on the front porch didnt work and were not fixed during our stay. Everything else was dealt with and the house was clean and comfortable! The AC was stellar and the kitchen was big and open! Short walk to the beach!!!

House was nice… we were a family of 19… living room and kitchen was little smaller than expected… pictures made it look a little bigger… but my family is close so they didn’t mind. Rooms were nice… beds were comfortable. Master bath shower knob needs to be replaced along with kitchen facet… other than that house was nice and cozy, and plenty of space to park your vehicles…we had 7 vehicles. Very short walk to beach, less than 2 minutes away.

Nice big beach house in good condition. Well stocked kitchen, great deck, nice furniture. On a road near the bridge, sits about 5 rows back from the beach so it is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to convenience stores and restaurants.

We used this location for a family reunion and all had a blast. Loved that we could just walk down to the beach and we spent a lot of time in the water.

I have stayed in the house next to this one by the same property owner! And we loved our stay last time as well!! Only bit was that in the listing it showed an extra blue pull out couch to sleep on and when entering the house the couch was not there. Kinda a bummer the person who was expecting that blue couch had to a slum it elsewhere.

I was extremely pleased from the very first step I made into this home and each person that came with was also very please. Only downfall was never able to connect to WiFi and the main bedroom was the hottest room in the house. Other than that I look forward to the next time i'm blessed and able to rent here. Hopefully next time I can get closer to the beach, which was not far at all, however the heat can make things dreadful in Texas anyway.

GREAT location. 17 people in our group. Never got crowded. Only sleeps 20 if every bed except for daybed and trundle has 2 people in them. Otherwise a great place for a getaway. Host was gracious and very helpful.

The house is beautiful in a good location the only issues we had was our TVs did not work our towels was in the house next-door because the machine wasn't working in our house ! The owner of the house came over and took care of everything he was amazing I will definitely rent from them again

Plenty of room for a party of 12. Really enjoyed the large deck. Walking distance to the beach. A couple of blocks from a good restaurant called the Seahorse. The home was comfy and decorated very nicely.

We loved our stay here. The only thing I found a bit interesting was the rules say call these two numbers at least one hour before check in. I talked with the contact that morning before our drive and were told to call at check in. The directions and the communication did not match. Other than that it was a great weekend with family.

Very nice updated house. Loved the kitchen bar for serving breakfast. Great bar area on the deck to seat, enjoy the view and eat lunch. Also a nice swing to enjoy the night air. Plenty of beds if you have a large group of people. Within walking distance to the beach Great area under the house to play corn hole.or washer boards. Had a great stay.

Property was beautiful, but overpriced. Look at fine writing. You have to pay extra for lines and towels. Huge cleaning fee, should be reduced for shorter stays or add a refundable deposit. Good guests leave home as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived.

Perfect house to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday with close family. The house is decorated beautifully and very roomy. The owners were very helpful and easily accessible. Will definitely rent again.

Truly an amazing brand new home that's stunning iin every way, the owners didn't overlook anything. The decor, furniture inside and out, colors and those beautiful custom beds are truly the best. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach on a private road made our stay so much fun. Also great owners to work with.
