Location was very convenient to West glacier entrance to the park. Compared to many places I’ve stayed in the west,I would say this is above average. Every morning they left us a goodie bag with snacks for the day. The room had a mini fridge and a boiler to make hot water for coffee. If you do any of the rafting trips, they run right out of this resort.
We stayed in the lodge in the back and our side of the building faced the railroad tracks. Trains run all through the night, and they always blow their whistles when they come through the town. I was awakened several times. While it was not incredibly loud it was enough to wake me up.

I liked how it at least had air conditioning because the glacier Park rooms ( in the park) there is none and the rooms were clean and updated and it was just overall nice and I like the balcony.
It was a little bit darker. lighting could be better. Just a little scary only because I know there's bears everywhere!

Great snacks in the bag but breakfast was really N/A
Parking for rear building, didn't appreciate view of the buses and rafts from what could be a beautiful front deck view.
