The location is amazing, in the centre of Florence which made it easy to go around and
exploring the city. My room was perfect for me and my friend and it had
air conditioning which you could set the temperature yourself. I absolutely loved
the terrace. It had a lovely view of Florence's main attractions and at night time
it looked absolutely magnificent.

Great communication from staff. Room is nothing special but fine for a city break where we are just there to sleep and shower. Great views from the rooftop terrace. Good location with 5-10 walk of train station and very central for all attractions
Air conditioning and fan are quite noisy which could make sleeping difficult. Room was quite small but suited our needs fine.

Great location right in the centre of all the main attractions - hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful guidance on the local area and places to eat. Sun terrace was very pleasant.
there was 3 flights of stairs to climb to get to the property which is an issue with heavy suitcases.
Unfortunately, there was a very nasty sewage smell when opening the windows which took away from the overall comfort.
