The luxury was the view from the living room /kitchen. Location was great (though there are better values down the street closer to the RTC metro). Liked the size of the apartment, washer/dryer, and the gym.
Communicated mainly with Bushra during our extended stay and she was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Older gentleman who had the evening shift at the lobby desk was also friendly.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were the quality of an old college dorm. The master bedroom had a soft futon put on top of a regular mattress and the soft futon gradually slid off after a couple days. It was a ridiculous set up and completely uncomfortable.
They initially provided supplies for about 5 days of stay even though we booked for about 3 weeks. One woman who responded (after a couple days) when I requested more supplies provided an additional 2 rolls of toilet paper as if it was a luxury item at this property.
The communication from this property constantly referred to a “lease” agreement which was excessive and annoying. The pool is the size of 4 bathtubs… not for any real swimming. Yet they charged a resort fee.
The woman at the lobby desk was not having a good day on the day I checked out. And there’s no cleaning service. In short, little appreciation for the customer so I took my business elsewhere.

The location is perfect. Love Reston Town Center. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Whatever you need, they will try to accommodate you very fast. Special thanks to Bushra, she is excellent.

It is a great location and in a beautiful town center.
The prices can be quite high. i selected the cheaper time frame as the prices fluctuated greatly depending on the days/weeks. If I wasn't able to find a less expensive time frame, I could not afford to stay there.

The property was very clean and amazing
The communication was very bad and not representative. I received an initial confirmation for my parking spot after four hours of communication. Also, I received a confirmed late checkout request until 1 pm and they started knocking my doors at 10 am where it’s to early even in the normal checkout time and this made me so upset.
