Great location, within easy reach from Kyoto station via direct bus and walking distance from several major attractions. The apartment was as advertised, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is also a coin laundry and dryer available on the rooftop and good selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Good and reliable WiFi
There is no lift. The apartment is facing a busy road and it can get very noisy, especially during the night, even with the window closed.

Excellent location, comfortable futons and friendly staff to greet us. Easy to access any hours. Walking distance to Gion and surrounds, and bus right outside to get to the station.
Bathroom is tiny, especially for large people!

Central and had potential to make your own meals.
We were put on 2nd floor. Very steep steps with no elevator.
Appt faces main road and is noisy at night.
Owners are cheap. Gave one small towel for each person for a six night stay. If u wanted it replaced u have to pay.
Thought there would be a washing machine in appt but no. Only some units hadbiggest drawback was almost no cooking utencils. Chopping knife but no regular knife. No sieve. No decent sized pot or pan. No peeler. Missing basic stuff
