Jen was a really welcoming host, she immediately made us a cup of tea & said to just ask whenever we wanted another, also offered tea & toast in the morning.
Parking was easy.
Bedrooms & bathroom were lovely and clean and well equipped with shower gel, soap, toothbrush pack & slippers. Towels nice and soft.
Location was great, a pub and convenience store 10 minutes walk through the quiet estate.
10/15 minutes drive into Dudley town centre and Black Country Museum (which is amazing).
Jen had good local knowledge, we enjoyed her restaurant tip for dinner.
Her place was tasteful and very clean and overlooked the nature reserve.
Only downside is Booking.com Property Description says there are "family rooms" which I'd think of as being for more than 2 people. Also says "each room includes a bath" whereas it's actually a shared bathroom.
However I don't think this is Jen's fault, it's more likely booking.com using AI to interpret the available information.

Jens place was excellent,Jen was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble i was greeted by a cup of tea which was a lovely touch,Jen assisted me with getting taxi for the hospital the following day and Jen even got up to make me a drink and toast the following morning unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat but this was a lovely gesture…
It was a lovely property and close to Russell’s hall hospital in a nice quiet area.

Just had to stay in bedroom,it was stated that kitchen could be used and garden etc,couldn’t do nothing,wasn’t even a kettle in bedroom
