Wrongly marked keys and problem to find the property

Location is amazing and the pool areas are great for kids/families
Unfortunately the cleanliness was really poor this time around (we’ve stayed here twice before). CHA sent cleaners around to give the place a good clean after contacting them on day 1, but the cleaners only sorted the kitchen and didn’t clean the dirty bathrooms
