Located in the south of Martinique, this superb villa offers you an exceptional setting for a stay marked by relaxation and nature.
Its location is a real asset: just a few minutes' drive from the first beaches, you can swim in turquoise waters and admire magnificent sunsets. Between the Caribbean Sea and tropical landscapes, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Antilles.
Nearby, you will easily reach the centre of Sainte-Anne, its restaurants and shops, whilst enjoying a calm and preserved environment.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the house can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the living area with its lounge equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The independent kitchen is well equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave/oven combination, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the villa has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with its en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) and a bunk bed (ideal for 2 children) with its en-suite bathroom
For your comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will appreciate its shaded terrace with its lounge and dining area as well as its hammock, ideal for convivial moments whilst admiring the view over the garden. On the lower level, the infinity pool faces a second terrace with benches and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing afternoons by the poolside. Another garden lounge in the shade of the large mango tree will be ideal for evening aperitifs.
