The friendliness of the staff- even though I arrived at 4 in the morning.
I would have liked cold milk available at breakfast time- for the cornflakes!!

Really great position between town and beach.
Reception staff were great. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh.
Only one towel in room for two of us. We asked twice for new towel but communication wasn’t there.

Being a solo traveller, I had a very good experience staying at Grand Plaza Suites. I felt very safe and comfortable. The staff at the reception are very warm and friendly people, ready to help. The room that I was in, was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and hot water was available through the day. Room service was very prompt. The property is just a 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The lift starts from the first floor, which is the only little inconvenience.

Location is prime
Does NOT have a lift from the ground level. Have to climb one floor up to get into the lift! So annoying! The water tap on the wash basin was moving around while try to open
