great stay

There was no breakfast included - self catering villa. Great apartment, super facilities.

Everything re the apartment was superb. The apartment is a little far from the main centre if you have limited mobility and will have to rely on taxis unless you want to drive into the centre

Pleasant stay but slightly disappointed given initial expectations

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment within a villa containing 2 or 3 holiday lets plus the family home. The villa itself is beautiful and makes a great first impression upon arrival. Good size pool which gets plenty of sun and hot tub which is set to a lovely tempreture. Host kindly allowed us to store our luggage as we had to change accommodation and had a gap of 5 hours before we could get into Villa Franica.

Construction work surrounding property with drilling starting at 7.30am. Wasn't a huge problem for us as we were up early with our daughter but may be for those wishing to have a bit more of a lie in. One real disappointment for us was the hot tub being out of use on the last day due to cleaning. Host did apologise but we had booked the apartment specifically for that reason due to pools being too cold this time of year for our young daughter. And only having 2 days there, we planned our last day to be relaxing at the apartment so to not have that for the entire day without warning kind of spoilt it for us a little.

Very relaxing stay at beautiful villa near Zadar

Breakfast N/A we self catered. However, the host left us some provisions to eat and drink

The villa is currently surrounded by building works but this did not really affect our enjoyment as we were out a lot

Fabulous

We had a great holiday villa was beautiful very modern.Pool area spotless enjoyed the hot tub.The owners were lovely very helpful and nice would definitely go back.

Great host, good stay

The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were lovely and clean. Very kind to put some food and drinks already in the property. The host, Franica and her whole family were lovely, friendly and helpful. The properly itself was immaculate and modern.

The building is split into 3 apartments, I think this needs to be clearly stated. You share the facilities with the other apartment. There is a lot of building work going on around the whole estate so it’s very hard to relax in the garden and I think this will be carrying on for a while so something to be aware of. For how much of the property you get, I don’t think you get full value for your money.

The villa was beautiful, incredibly well maintained, and very well appointed. The owner was very kind letting us check in super early with no warning and even offered a later checkout time. She also responded to any answers/concerns we had quickly and concisely. The hot tub in particular was a nice advantage.

The swimmingpool and the jacuzzi are great!!!. And the hospitality of the hosts, the best!!. Apartment is very beautiful and confortable and there are all that you can need. Fully recommended!!
