The property is very comfortable and very clean. It was also very close to the tourist street which we loved - only 10 mins walk. We went out, had dinner and had a walk about and it was lovely. The landlord was also great and sent exact instructions on how to enter the property - very very clear.

La ubicación, el precio y la facilidad de gestión con el anfitrión. Además el apartamento es espacioso.

El apartamento es muy amplio, estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es bastante buena, ya que se encuentra a unos 10 minutos del centro. De hecho, si no fuese por el ruido, el apartamento sería prácticamente perfecto.
Como puntos negativos, está justo encima de una discoteca y por las noches es prácticamente imposible dormir por el ruido de la música y de la gente en la calle. Además, el baño olía bastante a cañerías y, en general, el apartamento tenía olor a cerrado. Tampoco nos dejaron los mandos del aire acondicionado, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. A esto se suma que unos vecinos ponían la televisión a un volumen muy alto tanto hasta tarde por la noche como temprano por la mañana, por lo que el descanso fue bastante difícil.
