The location, very near to the sports complex
Far from food stalls and shopping mall. The 7-11 shop provides basic needs for the residents there. Very old apartment with limited facilities. Some of them need renovations

What you see is what you get. This is the Block C unit on 7 floor, facing the road and park, but super quiet at night. I am very sensitive to noise but the condo was exceptionally quiet. The bed linens, pillows, even the blanket is proper and cleaner than most of the inns I’ve stayed. The kitchen and utility room is well equip so you can have a light meal cook, and also save your trips to dobi. The washroom is also squeaky clean considering the age of this building. Slippers is provided tho!
Water filter if the kitchen might need a quick change cuz I felt that there’s a smell of the water, tho it reduced after I cooked with the water boiler. Water pressure is kinda low at both of the sink in the washroom.

The location is opposite Unifi Axiata Bukit Jalil just by walk, it’s very convenient for people who join concert.. owner let use check in aft 11Am no extra charge bcz we reached early.
We booked 3 bedrooms for 5 persons stay, 2 of bedroom with Queen bed is with air con, another one room with single bed is without air con, got stand fan only. Unlucky 2 of the bedrooms with air con both no cold that day, owner come and check but said Saturday maintenance cannot do service. Living hall oso don’t have air con. I paid Rm299 per night it's not worth the price.
