Apartment requires cleaning and attention of owner or manager. Location is very convenient.

Perfect location, close to city center and public transportation, lots of good restaurants nearby. Good WIFI, spacious living room, balcony.

Communication with management was complicated. We could not get access codes to the apartment until the morning of arrival. Those code require a possession of local phone with WiFi and internet. When we finally got in it, the front door lock was repeating”butteries is low replace as soon as possible” We had to buy local SIM card and butteries.Management stuff did not know correctly WiFi name and password. It took 3 hours to get it set up. We finally found it was written on the back of the router. Whole apartment was dirty: floor, carpet, couch and decorative pillows, refrigerator( upper shelf could not be used because it was all dirty and full of ice),laundry set( inside the washer were 3 dirty kitchen towels),bed -bottom sheet was dirty and had wholes, coffee maker was broken, to use a stove you had to hold knob of burner pressed all the time while you are cooking…all knobs not functioning properly.. No curtains on the windows, all night long bright motion light outside the front door shining in your eyes, kitchen window overlooking main corridor has no blinds or curtains, broken shower, bed located very close to front door and restroom. There is no actual bedroom, no bedside table..Only 2 bath towels and 1 face towel were provided for 10 days stay.

Excellent value for money

The apartment is in an excellent location, you're close to all the major attractions and can get anywhere quickly. There's even a bus stop right outside the building. I was a little worried by reviews saying that the cathedral bells are loud, but that’s not true. If you keep the living room doors closed and the bedroom door almost shut, you can’t hear them at all when you want to sleep. Access to the location is very easy, again, I saw reviews saying otherwise.

There is a slight unpleasant smell in the kitchen and bathroom. The one in the bathroom is constant. The pillows in the bedroom are of poor quality and very firm (just like the mattress).

Excellent location and stylish apartment

The accommodation had an excellent location, as most of the main tourist attractions could easily be reached on foot, and there was also a bus stop right next to the building. The apartment was very spacious, with an original and stylish decoration that gave it a lot of character. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very functional, with a great shower. The terrace was definitely a plus and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Budapest.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. As a very small personal suggestion, I would maybe add a capsule coffee machine, but overall everything was excellent.
