Super friendly host, took his time to accommodate and explain things, gave us tips and made us feel welcome. We felt really taken care of and like home.
The location was also great, in a residential house area, quiet and close to the beach.
The place was very clean, neat and the kitchen shared facilities were complete, organized and clearly explained.
It was unclear on the Booking website about which room I'm reserving. On the website it appeared that I was reserving a room with double bed and a sofa, but in reality it was a double bed and a bunk double bed. In the end, I was super happy with that option too. Just a bit of a misunderstanding from the booking website.

Rooms were clean and large enough. Towels could be exchanged with clean ones. Beach towels offered as well. Washing machine and shared kitchen available for the guests. Air conditioner was ok. Like 8 min walking to the nearest beach, where sunbeds can be rented for a good price. Beach bar and playground is available at the entrance of the beach.
Supermarket, restaurants and shops very close to the property, like 3 min walk.
Shower place to small and doors needed some fixes.
No room cleaning offered, but self cleaning was possible.
Shared refrigerator, but splited somehow for each room.
