Its a friendly setup with charming bungalows that give ample privacy and a view over the bay.

The view is slowly falling victim to the real estate industry. One night there was a storm - didn't seem very severe but it meant the my bungalow lost power like 30 times and all the equipment started playing rocky horror show on me everx time the power came back.

The most charming and cozy hotel I have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the ocean and lush greenery every morning felt like a dream. One of the things we loved most was the breakfast service. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning, with a variety of options to choose from and at a time that suited us. Even on our departure day, when we had to leave at 5:00 AM, the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. That level of care was truly appreciated. If you don't rent a car, the resort offers a convenient shuttle service to and from town. They can also give you a ride between the reception and your cottage, although the walk itself is quite short. Our room had everything we needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What made this place truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They treat their guests like family and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Staying at Palau Carolines Resort was an absolute pleasure, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌴💙

Unfortunately it was raining at that time when I came, but it did not spoil my stay, I just missed the wonderful sunsets. Staff wonderful, they help you with everything, to book the trips, to manage everything. You have your own driver to get you to the town. It is free once a day (for bungalow) - but actually what else you need? Most of the tourists are the whole day away anyway. The ladies in the reception were magnificent, many thanks to Diana and her colleague Nina. I forgot my eyedrops in the fridge and they even delevered me the drops to my other hotel I stayed afterwards in Palau without any surcharge!! Great communication. They borrowed me a raincoat to get to the waterfall when it was raining, they try to do everything what they see in your eyes... many many thanks.

You might change the soap/shampoo/condi dispensers in the bath - it took me several minutes to get enough shampoo for my long hair...
