About this apartment rental
Picton is the main gateway for exploring the Marlborough Sounds and the marina is close by. There are many walking, and mountain biking tracks are nearby plus the Marlborough wine region is only 20-30 minutes drive away.
Our apartment is very central to the ferry terminal, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a swimming beach, children's playground, minigolf, aquarium, picture theatre, and more, across the road.

This is an excellent unit To stay in. We are older petiole and it was very suitable for us. Stunning views and axxess to the wineries and also trips on the sounds and also to lakes and beautiful surrounds. We love it. Also I hae a disability and it suited me just fine. Lorraine.

It was wonderful!!! Wonderful place, lots of room, beautiful view. Everything you need in the kitchen. Highly recommend

Magnificent view with great balcony but needs maintenance and cleaning. Dining room carpet with multiple stains, crumbs in the table chairs, broken lounge chair footstool and burned out lightbulbs.
