There’s a kitchen people could cook something by themselves.
All private rooms’ door are with 50% of white plastic, all people pass by your room, could see something from outside…and big private parking space is allowed only to park 2 motorbikes who told them that they were worried about somebody will steal/damage their motorbikes, but told me that park outside is safe and no more spaces for my car(actually space is bigger enough for maybe additional 2 cars), coz his daughter is working as a policewoman is the town??? So is it safe or not??? If it is safe we should all park outside on the street, right?

I book a room for 1 night stay, room is clean a bit small but it's totally ok for the price.
Owner was super polite and help me even at 23.30 as I book at the very short notice.

The location is nearby forest, it's a quiet village, with a river nearby. The rooms are 2 person rooms (2 single beds), which are really comfortable. The rooms are clean, and there's an add-on small bathroom with a toilet and shower. The room was hot, but be could open the window (remark: no blinds on the top windows). The breakfast is together with others guests, and there's the typical choice of Polish breakfast (meat, cheese, vegetables, sweat, coffee, tea). The breakfast was good. There's an informal atmosphere between the guests.
Via booking.com, we booked a 4 person room, we got twice 2 person room (which is okay). We had to pay an additional fee (65 PLN) for a 5th person (child) sleeping in one of the rooms on an inflatable bed we brought ourselves. Apparently, this is indicated on booking.com but was not clear at all during the reservation. I informed the owner beforehand we would arrive late. When we arrived (around 11PM30), we rang the door, and the phone nr provided; only after several attempts (10 mins later), someone came to open the door. The man did not welcome us and just showed us the way to the room. We said we would like to eat breakfast the next morning, and he said that's no problem.
About breakfast, the next morning, we go downstairs. I know the breakfast is an additional cost (25 PLN per person). The lady owner did not welcome us in the breakfast room but started to question us about our reservation, and she is not aware of additional persons joining the breakfast. Additionally, there was a dispute about the additional cost for the 5th person (child). I did not feel welcome, and the atmosphere of "agroturystka" was gone immediately. I have no issues with paying the additional costs, but there was a clear lack of customer-friendliness. In my opinion, 25 PLN is quite a high price for breakfast for a kid who only eats 1 or 2 slides of bread. The lady started to question us and even asked us to show the phone I called the previous day! Can you imagine? Remark: the costs can only be paid with cash (luckily, I had some PLN cash left 190 PLN), we were on our way leaving Poland to Germany. So beware of taking cash if you have not prepaid breakfast during reservation online.
