Lage, überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit, Parkplatz am Haus

Schlecht schließende Haustür, Feuchtigkeit in allen Räumen - auch in den Schränken, primitive Elektroheizungen mit wenig Wirkung, kein Handtuchwechsel, zu viel kitschige Deko - wenig Platz, eigene Dinge/Vorräte zu stellen, verrosteter Wäscheständer

Tolle Lage

Die Lage des Bungalows ist klasse. Direkt am Schmachter See, ideal um Radtouren und Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Wir wurden vom Sohn der Vermieterin betreut, da sie indisponiert war. Ich habe das Quietschen des Bettes erwähnt, was andere Mieter vorher mokiert hatten, und was Rujana nicht geändert oder wahrgenommen hat, der Sohn brachte am nächsten Tag sofort einen neuen Lattenrost und das Quietschen war weg, und die Nächte wesentlich ruhiger.

Der Bungalow ist im alten Stil, auch wenn renoviert ist. Gutes Badezimmer und neue Küchenzeile. Leider kommt man in den Bungalow und wird sofort vom Duft eines elektrischen und normalen Dufterfrischers erschlagen. Ging gar nicht,haben wir nach draußen verbannt. Leider roch es insgesamt sehr muffig im Bungalow, was vielleicht mit der Art der Wohnung zusammenhing. Im Winter wird nicht vermietet, hieß es und somit vielleicht auch nicht beheizt. Dauerlüften half nur mäßig. Die Kleidung im Schrank roch dann leider auch etwas muffig. Die Haustür , war eine normale Tür und schloss nicht vollständig ab, so das es immer gezogen hat. Schön wäre es auch bei dem Wäschepaket, wenn man bei 20 Euro/ Person, 2 große und kleine Handtücher hätte, denn bei 10 Tagen, und gerade im Sommer wäre ein Wechsel schön. Man kann Wechselhandtücher bei Rujana erwerben, was wir dann auch gemacht haben, aber letztendlich sollte es im Preis von 20 Euro schon drin sein.

Leider ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt an genügend Nöglichkeiten seine Wäsche etc innen aufzuhängen. Das Bett karte beim Drehen Leider muss ich auch den Geruch bemängeln der etwas modrig war.Dies liegt sicher an der fast ebenerdigen Lage.
