Lovely clean house everything you need and more nice welcome pack with milk coffee tea and biscuits
Couldn't work the underfloor heating in the conservatory so it was chilly in the morning when we had breakfast and also the night , but we didn't contact the owners about the problem so it was our fault

Great location if you want a peaceful and relaxing stay . Had everything we needed and more for a weekend stay. Very clean , comfy bed , great facilities and ideal for exploring Northumberland coast. Lovely decking with table and chairs at front to watch the world go by and a real sun trap when the suns out .
Only one thing , we found the sofa in the main lounge is a bit uncomfortable if you sit for a while as seems to have a metal ridge on the front , wasn’t sure if it was maybe a sofa bed. Everything else was great
